Acad/Calcomp 104x, 107x Mono Plots

Acad config setup for Calcomp 104x, 107x monochrome plots.
At ACAD Command prompt type
CONFIG. <enter>
At Configuration menu choose option #2 (allow detailed config --- yes).
Choose #5 (config plotter).
Choose #1 (add a plotter).
Choose
Calcomp Pen Plotters ADI by Autodesk
Choose 1077. If you don't choose that one, choose 1043 or 1044.
# of pens = 16
Seps per inch = 2032
EBCDIC = no
Add pad characters = no
CDCL = no
EOB = no
Protocol = 1 (Xon/Xoff)
Baudrate = 9600
Character framing = 1 (8,n,1)
Port Address = Com1
When it asks if you want to make any changes (no). You will have to make changes when the first plot is written.
Any other questions in config are default.
Please ZOOM EXTENTS before writing plot file. (Unless plotting windows or views.)
When first plot files is ready to be written, type plot (at Acad command line).
Yes to make changes.
Yes to change plotter.
Yes to change settings.
Extents.
Yes to change pens.
If you have an Action Blueprint order form you select from our pen table what you want thickness (1-11 solid, 12-15 screened) to be for each color (1-255). Then x out. Leave all weights set to .010. Example: red (1) to pen 1 (.007) .010.
Yes to write to file. (This will create a plot file on your computer with the same name as your design file with a .plt extension). This is the only file Action will require to plot.
Max to sheet size.
Set scale.
That's it.
Please look to see that it is the right sheet size while it is generating the plot.
